We never communicate via WhatsApp regarding reservations, payments, or booking confirmations.
If you receive a WhatsApp message that appears to have been sent on behalf of our hotel, do not respond, do not click on any links, and do not share any personal or financial information.
If you have responded to such a message or provided any information, please contact your bank immediately and reach out to us using our official contact details.
We are currently investigating the incident together with our software provider and are implementing additional security measures.
